OFFICE: Griffin Partners 675 Bering LP has purchased 675 Bering Drive, a 135,680-square-foot office building plus a six-level garage.
INDUSTRIAL: Vantage Cos. has sold Hobby Commerce Center Buildings 4 and 5, an industrial property with 24,000 square feet at 8600 Telephone Road. A Santa Monica, Calif.-based private investor acquired the asset.
LAND: HQ Orchid Ridge has purchased 3.2 acres of single-family residential land at FM 1464 and Orchid Ridge Lane from Kimball Hill Homes, Texas.
LAND: Maritime Services has purchased 9.4 acres of industrial land near Telephone and West Airport from Catellus Operating Limited Partnership.
LAND: Cabot II has purchased a 23-acre tract in Interwood Business Park from Essex Interwood Investors. Jim Foreman with Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer.
INDUSTRIAL: 7752 Hammerly Realty has purchased a 33,750-square-foot office warehouse complex consisting of four buildings at 7752 Hammerly.
